The building is comprised of six stories of wood framing over a two-story concrete podium. The layout features 89 housing units, a childcare facility space with 7 to 8 classrooms on the street level, and a daylight parking garage below.

The Nook at Northhaven is the 3rd building on the Northaven campus, which aims to provide a generationally- integrated community.
