Quail Park Amenity Refresh

Our work at Quail Park, a fully occupied 130-unit luxury senior living facility in Lynnwood, included refreshing the amenity spaces and common areas. Amenity spaces included the living room, library, theater, chapel, game room, bistro, pub, and two dining rooms. Common areas included residential hallways and memory care spaces. The phased project combined day- and night-shift work to complete the refresh on time and on budget.
