Pacific Apartments

This is a phased, extensive renovation of the Pacific Apartments, a 5-story historic concrete structure in downtown Seattle.

West wing work is a substantial alternation to support the renovation of 76 existing SRO units into 53 SEDUs. Work includes new MEP infrastructure, associated utility work, and new finishes.

Work in the East wing revitalizes the existing 36 units to include MEP upgrades and all new finishes including cabinets, flooring, and lighting upgrades.

Exterior work includes the complete restoration of the existing historic brick and terracotta façade.
