Steve Buerk

Director of Business Development & Preconstruction

Here’s a guy you can count on. Any project Steve is on gets meticulous organization, logistical precision and administrative efficiency. Since he began his construction career as a carpenter, and has worked in single family residences, installed steel for seismic retrofits, worked in a variety of commercial projects, he understands every facet of the construction process. He anticipates well, uses his analytical talent to keep the project running smoothly and on schedule. On the front end, he’s great at preconstruction analysis, planning, and sequencing of the work. Once the project has gathered momentum he scrutinizes the quality of the work, minds the budget with diligence, and attends to the needs of his clients.
