Patrick Quinn

Superintendent

Patrick started out his construction career framing houses during the summers while attending high school. Next he went on to study architecture at Washington State University; after which he opened his own small construction company. He owned and operated Quinn Construction Corporation for six years before joining Kruse Brothers Construction as a Superintendent / Project Manager and finally Rafn Company as a Superintendent in the Special Projects Group.

Patrick gravitates to the complicated projects because of his ability to work well in difficult situations and is known for his practical but fastidious attention to detail. Throughout the years customers have often commented “you’re not the typical construction worker”. This is a great compliment referring to the fact that he is an excellent communicator, is patient when needed, and is very detail oriented when it comes to quality workmanship.

Patrick's Recent Projects

Graham Terry Apartments

This project was a complete reclad of two occupied residential buildings totaling 121 affordable housing units in Seattle. The two buildings were occupied with long-term residents, many of who work nights or from home. This downtown project was further restricted for access and laydown area due to the simultaneous construction of two new skyscrapers, one across a shared alley and the other on a shared property line.
