Dan has a long and diverse construction background and has begun his tenure at Rafn in much the same way. Starting with a small commercial/retail tenant improvement project then moving to a combination historic renovation and affordable housing project, Dan has quickly proven himself to be a versatile and effective member of the Rafn team.

He has already gained a reputation within the company for his ability to come up with practical solutions and execute them quickly. This stems from his “get it done” personality combined with a military and multidisciplinary construction background. But he would just sight the straightforwardness of construction as his inspiration.
