Seattle University Office of Information Technology

Quick turn-around project in 2 phases to build out new office space for SU's Office of Information Technology in the 1313 E. Columbia Building.

The rest of the building was occupied and fully functional during this 5,000 square foot tenant improvement project. Construction included the creation of 4 new conference rooms, 1 private office, and 2 collaboration areas with GWB, plywood, and/or glass walls and 3 new full-height glass-walled entries with a card access system. Design highlights included architectural acoustic clouds in the collaboration areas and decorative wire mesh curtains.
