Rafn performed several occupied renovation projects in Leisure Care’s senior living facilities in 2016 and 2017.

Brighton Court (Lynnwood)
Flooring and paint to existing building that was built by Rafn.

Fairwinds (Redmond)
Occupied renovation updating finishes and creation of a new bistro in the previous location of a bookstore.

Woodland Terrace (Bothell)
Exterior siding, deck re-coating, and laundry room upgrade.

Brittany Park (Woodinville)
Upgrades to finishes and lighting at the common areas of the first and second floors. New flooring, paint, casework, new plumbing fixtures in public restrooms, and two new circuits at the Bistro Bar for added equipment.

Bush School Gracemont

The 12,000 square foot building was originally a private mansion and was donated to the school in 1944. It is now a City of Seattle landmark and it’s historic features inside and out are well preserved.

Argonaut 2 Apartments

Argonaut 2 is a 10,000 square foot addition of 6 new units, a community room, a laundry room, and office space to an existing and occupied 8 unit project. This project serves to help place individuals with chronically mental illnesses into permanent homes who would otherwise be discharged from medical facilities back onto the streets. The building is 2 stories of wood framing located adjacent to busy 23rd Avenue on First Hill in Seattle.

Gethsemane Lutheran Church

The Gethsemane Lutheran Church offices and sanctuary renovation, the new Hope Center / Mary’s Place, and the Dekko Place Apartments project is an intricate mix of a new 55,000 square foot, 7 story, 50 unit low-income housing apartment, separate sanctuary/church office space, and women’s & children’s shelter build out.
