A signature feature at the corner of the building is it’s unique weathered steel and glass-clad tower entryway giving it unique and modern look. A Green roof, pervious paving, and bio retention planters complete the forward thinking design.

Resident amenities include

a business center with individual “work pods” and conference room; a spacious bike storage and repair area; a resident lounge that includes a kitchen, living area, and pool table; and a U-shaped, south-facing courtyard featuring a fire pit, bar-be-cues, trellises, planters, and seating clusters.

Located on peat, the building sits on a grouted aggregate pier system.

Rafn’s early involvement in preconstruction allowed for discovery of buried rubble that would have obstructed the installation of the pier system and the team was able to proactively remove the obstructions to ensure a smooth and speedy installation.

The project incorporates many sustainable design features including bio-retention planters, a 90 panel solar array on the roof, and LED lighting throughout. The project design aligns with a LEED Silver rating.
