Conversion of The GAP’s 1st floor into a new retail space and converting their 2nd floor into office space.

This included a new elevator lobby and 8 new gender-inclusive restrooms at the 2nd floor as well as a refresh of the ground floor office entrance lobby and office staircase.

Seismic retrofit work within the building entailed the addition of updated code-required reinforcement connections at the brace frames and fiber wrapping the concrete beams above at the first and second floor retail and office spaces.
