Rafn Company renovated the former Turner & Pease and Commuter buildings at 815 Western Avenue to create 57,500 square feet of office and retail space in a single structure.
The building was formerly a freezer warehouse built in the 1900’s. It was suffering significant rot problems, and portions of this building were in a state of collapse. This required reconstructing over half of the timber-framed floors. The project also included adding a new floor of penthouse offices.
