780 person capacity, 8,000 sf ballroom on the campus of Seattle University.
Major revision to ceiling for new chandeliers, kitchen upgrades and electrical upgrades.
Self-performed work included structural, finish carp, doors hardware and frames.
The project schedule was tight with construction completed in just 7 weeks.
