999 Hiawatha Apartments

999 Hiawatha Apartments is a new mixed-use building that includes 100 market rate apartments units, 3,000 square feet of office space, and two levels of underground parking in the Jackson Place neighborhood of Seattle.

Surrounded by 5 parks with easy access to downtown, stadiums, and trails; 999 Hiawatha received a Walk Score of 83, Bike Score of 76, and a Transit Score of 75.

The building offers brand new studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments with modern finishes, energy saving stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, and light-filled windows. The roof top features two large decks with gardens and sweeping views of Mt. Rainier and Downtown Seattle. The building also features secure parking, electric car charging stations, and bicycle storage facilities.

The project originally bid in 2009, but was shelved until 2011. We were able to hold our number over this two year period and began construction in 2012.
