The application process coincided with the rollout of the refreshed Rafn Company brand to our employees and the public in early 2024. Our rebrand process began in 2023 with client and employee research, asking each to help articulate what is so special about Rafn. The Best Workplaces application again reached out to employees, this time to ask why Rafn is a great place to work.

The official ceremony where the rankings were announced took place at T-Mobile Park in August. Four Rafn employees were on hand to receive our award on behalf of the company: Chip Gregory (President & COO), Marc Victor (CFO), Nick Collins (Human Resources Manager), and Erika Orstad (Marketing Assistant).
