Renovation

Seattle University Basketball Coach’s Offices

This project is the renovation of the 2,090 square foot Seattle University Basketball coach’s offices in the Redhawk Center with work completed on an aggressive schedule over the University's Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks.

Our scope included demolition and removal of existing finishes, doors and frames, walls, lighting, and ACT grid ceiling. We then installed new GWB on metal framing, MEP modifications to accommodate the new wall configuration, low volt security at entry / exit doors, casework, stainless steel countertops, and finishes.
