In honor of the Columbian mammoth tusk unearthed during structural excavation, this apartment building holds a unique name – LuLu. The project was not delayed at all with construction carrying on while the tusk was successfully unearthed, preserved, and ultimately removed.
Apartments include studio, open-one, one-, and two bedroom configurations. High-end finishes throughout including interior design finish packages, stainless steel appliances, solid-surface countertops, oversized bathtubs, and energy-efficient operable windows.

The building’s environmentally friendly design and construction earned LEED Silver certification.
