Renovation

AMLI Bellevue Park

This project was an interior common area and amenity space refresh of an occupied, 220 unit, two building, luxury apartment complex in downtown Bellevue.

Our work included refreshing the building lobbies and corridors with new paint, lighting, wall-coverings, and carpet as well as a refresh of the entry courtyard between the buildings.

We also remodeled the resident business center and conference rooms, tech lounge, and turned an existing unit into a new resident rooftop amenity space.

The building was fully occupied during construction which required us to coordinate deliveries, closures, and elevator use with the building owner and residents in addition to a unit remodel contractor who was working in the buildings at the same time.
