Rafn completed this 1200 square foot tenant improvement inside Bellevue Square with retail tenants occupying spaces on either side as well as below the renovated space.

The project was completed in 7 weeks, and included:

  • Demolition of existing interior finishes
  • New plumbing and electrical systems
  • Replace all interior finishes and hardware
  • Installation of retail fixtures, checkout counter, and specialty wall-mounted oil dispensers

Diamond Parking Repair

Rot and seismic repair to a circa 1900 historic building in downtown Seattle. The building is a 5-story URM brick structure with 6” concrete floors and large wood post and decking for the roof structure. After it was gutted by fire in 1917, it was converted into a parking garage around 1923.
