Fulfillment Center Phase One
30,000 square foot tenant improvement project including construction of new Training Center classrooms with AV systems, commercial kitchen, free standing Collaboration Rooms, IT Service rooms, and gym with partitions, APC, and GWB ceilings. Also new lighting and new cabinetry, finishes including paint, carpet, and flooring.

Operations Call Center
10,600 square foot tenant improvement project in two phases. Construction included a new demising wall and six new rooms; updated lighting, flooring, power, and telephone/data; and new cabinetry, doors, and hardware.

Fulfillment Center Phase Two
10,500 square foot tenant improvement including new break/work room, server room, collaboration room, and a mother’s room. Work included demolition, new furniture and equipment, new lights and flooring, and replacement of emergency services equipment.
