Using transparent and efficient processes, he ensures effective project management and keeps our clients informed throughout their projects.

Chip joined Rafn in 2001 and has a degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington. In addition to managing commercial and multi-housing projects, Chip has also helped community-based organizations such as homeless shelters, food banks, affordable housing providers, and crisis centers bring their building projects to life.
