Todd Morran

Senior Superintendent

Todd’s 40 plus years of experience in the construction industry began in the family business of homebuilding. There he learned the value of treating people right and was always curious enough to figure out a better way of doing things. He also developed a strong view for safety on the jobsite so that everyone goes home to their families each day.

Todd first joined the Rafn Company as a Special Projects Group Superintendent working on a variety of projects including medical, office, and retail spaces. Next, he worked for Savers for 10 years as a construction manager completing approximately 160 tenant build outs, 10 ground up (25,000+ sq ft) buildings, and 16 building renovations. He then returned to Rafn because the company culture and business philosophy of teamwork and helpfulness match his own. Since returning, Todd has been working on renovation projects including the complete renovation of the historic Town Hall Seattle building.

Town Hall Seattle

This historic building first opened its doors in 1916 as the Fourth Church of Christ, Scientist. Town Hall Seattle purchased the building in 1998 and converted it to an affordable performance home for the region’s small to midsized arts and civic organizations. Town Hall Seattle’s success has seen more people pass through the doors in their first 18 years than in the previous 84 combined, pushing the building’s century-old infrastructure to its limit and necessitating a complete renovation of the building. As part of the planning for the renovation project they self-nominated for Landmark status in order to keep the upgrades from altering the aesthetic of the structure.
