Jamie Creek

Senior Project Manager

Jamie Creek came to the Rafn Company in 2016 with a long and distinguished career already on his resume. So what would draw someone of his caliber out of the comfort of a familiar company for a new challenge? Simply because he has yet to achieve his greatest accomplishment in construction. He has built fantastic projects that have won many awards, his commitment to sustainable construction shows in his Green Advantage certification, and he has shown leadership in the construction industry as Chairman of the Board at the Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington, but there is still that one great thing out there he seeks that will make a major impact for the betterment of our community.

Past clients admire Jamie’s ability to lead a project team and the vast knowledge of the construction industry that he brings to their projects. He says that the Rafn Company is an easy fit for him because together we care about our clients, subcontractors, and teammates; are leaders in technology in the construction industry; and hold customer service as a core characteristic of our success.

At an early age Jamie set out to build a bigger building than his father, a developer, had. Now having managed all types of construction projects including multi-family, mixed-use, mid-rise, renovations, and commercial, he has a portfolio of work that represents many happy clients and that he is proud to show to friends and family. Jamie brings his rich experience that includes interesting projects, mentoring and training of others, and his leadership to our clients and the community.
