The start of this project coincided with an extremely tight labor market in Seattle and Rafn was faced with the difficult task of getting and keeping a skilled labor force working on the project. Not only did the Rafn team work tirelessly to alleviate the labor shortage, they employed extraordinary and creative measures to deliver our building in the shortest possible timeframe.
We experienced Rafn as: totally customer oriented, having a can-do approach, always willing to go the extra mile, problem solvers, timely, organized, transparent, responsive, attentive to the issues of working in an occupied space, very budget conscious, great at listening, excellent at communication and fully committed to achieving our goals for the project, first and foremost.
