This project came with the expected challenges, but no one could have been prepared for the largest challenge of all, a national pandemic that shut the project down for over eight weeks. I cannot say enough about how quickly Rafn put in place all the necessary requirements to return to work safely and efficiently.
The start of this project coincided with an extremely tight labor market in Seattle and Rafn was faced with the difficult task of getting and keeping a skilled labor force working on the project. Not only did the Rafn team work tirelessly to alleviate the labor shortage, they employed extraordinary and creative measures to deliver our building in the shortest possible timeframe.
