Fourth & Pike Building

Rafn completed renovation work in this 10 story, occupied, downtown Seattle building.

The building was built in 1927 and is a Seattle Landmark and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Exterior work included terracotta cleaning and repair; window repair; new cladding and storefront at 1st floor retail; and parapet bracing.

Inside the building we installed seismic improvements on floors 2 through 4, added new electrical distribution to all 10 floors, built-out new restrooms and elevator lobbies on floors 7 and 8, and whiteboxing of existing office spaces on floors 7 and 8 for future use.
