The Eddy at Green Lake Village

A great new addition to Green Lake Village, this 130 unit market rate mixed use building sits at the corner of 71st Street and 5th Avenue and provides a through-block pedestrian access north and south.

The structure consists of two levels of underground parking, retail at street level, and 5 floors of wood framing above.

The street level of the building is anchored by a new 14,600 square foot Bartell Drug store – built out by Rafn – complete with a craft beer growler station and an old-fashioned neighborhood soda fountain.

The building’s amenities include resident lounge, clubroom, business center with private conference room, indoor bicycle storage, workshop/lounge/pet wash, and an outdoor pet run on the 4th floor. The building also features a rooftop deck with seating, barbecues, vegetation, and views of Green Lake and the Seattle skyline.

The project incorporated numerous sustainable building materials and building techniques and is is LEED Silver certified.
