Camlin Hotel

A fast track structural and architectural renovation of this famous Seattle landmark hotel for Trendwest included adding major seismic reinforcement with concrete shear walls, new mechanical electrical plumbing systems, and restoring the deteriorating masonry and plaster exterior.

Interiors on all 11 floors were demolished and reconfigured to provide 95 hotel suites. In keeping with the period flavor when the Camlin first opened in 1926, the historic lobby is now restored to its former glory, and the iconic Camlin sign once again glows over the Seattle skyline.
