Construction Industry Training Council

Rafn Company's Carpenter Training Program provides valuable training to a select number of qualified graduating high school students. We offer the opportunity to earn money while working to become a highly skilled carpenter, securing a future in the construction industry.
As a State Certified Training Agent, Rafn has partnered with the Construction Industry Training Council (CITC) to provide comprehensive training to help our students be successful. We hold a high regard for our field force. Our commitment to develop our craftspeople to their fullest potential makes Rafn a superior company to work for.
"All of us here at Rafn are committed to the professional growth of all of our employees. It is because of this commitment that we have chosen CITC as our training partner for our craft professionals. Through this 18 year relationship with CITC, and the use of the Rafn Mentor Program, we have developed a superior team of craft professionals. Many of these professionals have moved into key management positions within the company. It is because of the high success of this partnership that I am proud to serve on the Board of Trustees at CITC. I see a tremendous future for career development of our craft professionals for many years to come." Shawn Rhode - CEO
