including new carpet tile, resilient sheet vinyl, and paint. Work was
performed in the evening and weekends and in multiple phases as the
space was fully occupied during the renovation.

Queen Anne
Cosmetic upgrades for Swedish Physician’s 4,300 sf Queen Anne clinic
including updated reception area, updated exam rooms, and new
flooring and paint throughout.

Downtown
Cosmetic upgrades for Swedish Physician’s 10,000 sf downtown clinic
including relaminating doctors tables in exam rooms, demolition of office
space to create a new meeting room, and new paint in common areas
and exam rooms.

Health Care for Women
Cosmetic upgrades for Swedish Physician’s Health Care for Women at the
Swedish Medical Center on Capitol Hill in Seattle including new reception
desk and credenza, new modular office furniture in reception and waiting
room areas, and new paint throughout.

This project serves to help place individuals with chronically mental illnesses into permanent homes who would otherwise be discharged from medical facilities back onto the streets. The building is 2 stories of wood framing located adjacent to busy 23rd Avenue on First Hill in Seattle.
