The Green Lake Apartments building is at 5th Ave NE and NE 71st Street in Seattle’s Green Lake neighborhood. The 130 unit mixed-use building contains 2 levels of underground parking, 1 floor of retail at street level, and 5 floors of market rate housing above. Construction is on schedule and is targeting an opening date in June of 2017.

STOP 1 : NW Corner of the Building From street level, right to left – Amenity space lobby vestibule with structural steel install for storefront installation / Entrance of underground parking garage / Through-block walkway which will connect the community to the PCC natural market across NE 71st Street / Entrance to the Bartell’s retail space.

STOP 2 : Unit 211 Studio apartment layout #3. Plumbing and electrical rough-in.

STOP 3 : 3rd Floor Corridor Corridor framing complete and ready for material stocking.

STOP 4 : 4th Floor Dog Run Torch-down roofing installed at dog run roof top deck.

STOP 5 : Unit 523 1 bedroom apartment layout #9. View out window looking down NE 71st Street to Green Lake.

STOP 6 : Roof Torch-down roofing material being applied. Elevator penthouse framing in progress.
